What does Resuvio do?
Resuvio is a service that can be used to book hard to get Resy restaurants. Resuvio connects to YOUR Resy account and books the restaurant you want at the time you want under YOUR name. Now you dont need to know when a restaurant opens up its reservations. No more refreshing the Resy app over and over again or being online at 9AM to book 4 Charles. Resuvio agents do all this for you.
When does Resuvio book reservations?
Different restaurants open up reservations at different times. For example 4 Charles reservations open up 21 days in advance, with each new date becoming available at 9 AM. Resuvio agents are constantly monitoring the Resy app and will attemp to book your reservation as soon as it opens up.
Am I guaranteed a reservation?
Resuvio agents will do their best to book your reservation. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to book your reservation. If we are unable to book your reservation, you will not be charged.
How much does Resuvio cost?
Resuvio charges a flat fee of $10 per reservation. You are ONLY charged if we are able to book a reservation successfully for you. If we are unable to book a reservation, you will NOT be charged.
When will I be charged?
You are ONLY charged if we are able to book a reservation successfully for you. If we are unable to book a reservation, you will NOT be charged.
Is there a free trial?
We do not offer free trials at this time. We do offer one time discount if you post a testimonial on social media within 24hrs of confirmed booking. Send us an email at support@resuvio.com with a link to your post and we will refund you 100% of your booking fee.
Can I cancel my scheduled booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 2 hrs before your expected confirmation time. Note, confirmation time is the first time the resturant reservations are open on Resy for your desired date. These times vary for each restaurant.
